Meet your Finalists 2

Meet your Players: Tonight is the turn of Niamh, Kelsey, Katie and Sarah. Simonstowns Niamh Sheridan is new to the panel this year. But, its not her first foray into county football. Niamh played with the U21s back in the day in the Aisling McGing tournament. Niamh made her Adult debut in 2015 against Donegal. She is also a physiotherapist by trade which is also handy on any sports team. Niamh also captained Simonstown to their very first Senior Championship title in 2018. Busy few days ahead!

The next week or so will be an extremely busy one for Meath Ladies Football. First up are the U14s who will travel to Longford Slashers GAA club on Saturday next April 27th for the new format u14 All Ireland series. The girls will play 3 games against Roscommon, Offaly and Clare. Their games get under way at 11am and should end at approx 3pm.   Next up also on April 27th the Meath U16s take on old rivals Dublin in the Leinster A Final. What a game that should be. LIDL NFL Semi-Final Meath v Longford

All roads lead to Coralstown/Kinnegad GAA Grounds on Saturday for the LIDL National Football League Division 3 semi-final between Meath and Longford. Meath will be looking to reach their second National League final in as many years. Their opposition on Saturday will be the formidable Longford Ladies who pushed the Royals all the way in round 4 of the round robin game! Best of luck to the team and management on Saturday. Busy Wkend for Meath LGFA

This weekend see Meath LFGA stretched to the very limit. It is by far the busiest weekend this year. All ages will be involved somewhere along the line! Friday night sees the by now annual Club Championship launch. This year the launch will take place in the grounds of the historic Trim Castle. LIDL NFL Round 7

The girls will take to the road on Sunday knowing they have already booked their semi-final place in the LIDL NFL.  To date the girls have won all six games and wont want to finish the rounds with a loss to Down. An exciting game is in prospect. The game is in Saval Co. Down and throws in at 2pm. So lets get out there and cheer on the girls as they vie for the seven in a row.

Leinster U14 Final

All roads lead to Kinnegad on Saturday next April 6th when our U14s take on Dublin in the first of this years finals. The Leinster U14 Final will take place in the Coralstown/Kinnegad GAA  Grounds and throws in at 3.45pm.  The girls will play Dublin whom they met in round 2 of the round robin games. Dublin on this occasion were victorious. The scoreline on the day didn’t really reflect the game as a whole.
